Christine has designed and developed all the workshops she delivers.

Over the years she has developed the ability to clearly understand the Learning Objectives required by each individual client.  Further through the delivery process, to test that knowledge is transferred through the exchange process.  Workshops incorporate group activities to ensure the training is interactive and participants have opportunity to ask questions freely. 

 

It is this that sets her training approach apart, not too formal,

not too informal.

Whilst, for the most part, each workshop delivered by Christine are content and audience specific, all workshops can be tailored to meet the specific company and organisational needs and learning objectives.

Additionally, workshops designed specifically for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders can be adapted for non-Aboriginal audiences. Christine has also designed and developed Training Programs for other companies and organisations that includes:
